Since 2015 KAMPF Schneid- und Wickeltechnik GmbH & Co. KG has been accelerating the holistic digitalization. Initially, the focus has been on the company's own products and services. Today, the company's own factories are gradually being digitally upgraded. Starting with the implementation of PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL – PRO to optimize the production planning process.

Detailed planning is based on production-relevant information from the 19 processing machines and 10 workstations. In this context, Marc Jobelius, plant manager in Dohr, praises in particular the high degree of flexibility and responsiveness. With PRODUCTION PLANNING from the PRODUCTION PLANNING & CONTROL – PRO product family, the plant in Dohr is now in a position to take real limited resources into account and it is possible to re-prioritise work processes even during ongoing production.

Our goal was to achieve higher throughput and simplify processes.

we were already able to increase our delivery reliability
from 72% to 94%.

Also new: On the CTV 250, PDC information can now be reported directly from CELOS to the PRODUCTION FEEDBACK module via the CELOS Application Connector.
